2/6/2024 - RAB - Driller submitted driller reports for a property. Driller previously submitted Notice of intent (NOI) for property on April 13, 2023, drilled a well on April 14, 2023, and a driller report for that well was received on May 15, 2023.
Driller then drilled three (3) more wells starting December 5, 2023, 236 days after the NOI had been submitted. NOIs expire 180 days after submittal.
2/15/2024 - RAB - Driller contacted RAB. They spoke about process for how to handle a NOI that has gone past 180 days, whether or not there was a well drilled or not before the NOI expired. Driller asked if there was anything else they needed to do at this time and RAB said no. The Rules were explained, and questions were answered. No further action at this time.
