It appears the BMPs are not being maintained and stabilization is not occurring. Sediment is being tracked out onto the public road from the construction entrance/exit.
A small area at a construction entrance/exit was disturbed without any BMPs in place, however I spoke with the project manager and advised him to place gravel/riprap down to protect the disturbed area.
