ARM made site visit 9/3/2024 to review a complaint of installation of SSDS with no permit. No record of site approval was found. Permit for separate 5 bedroom home on separate area of the property was issued10/06/2021. Tank lid was exposed. Clean out was located between tank and shop. Visible distribution box was exposed downhill from the tank with active effluent flow. Noticeable smell was noted.
