Description and Writeup
Caller states that the City of Lebanon Sewage plant is discharging into the creek. they have drilled a hole into the line near Holt road. The creek is filled with sewage and is very dark.
-Site visit conducted on 8/6/21.
-Line repair had been completed. No sewage found in stream, as it was the treated effluent discharge line, not a raw influent wastewater line.
-Initial overflow report submitted to Division on 8/4/21.
