    Description and Writeup

    Received referral from Lucian Geise regarding a sewage overflow in Lebanon at 333 Bador Parkway. Contacted the city who investigated. their findings are as follows. ***


    Mr. Murphy,
    The City of Lebanon received a complaint about a sewer overflow at 333 W. Baddour Pkwy. Upon investigation there was no overflow found. However while the crew leader was on site he spoke to a gentleman that reported the overflow was in October 2014. The City of Lebanon was aware of an overflow on October 14, 2014 at 333 W. Baddour Pkwy due to sewer main surcharge from heavy rainfall. The attached pictures were taken on the morning of 10/19/15 and as you can see there are no signs of an overflow.
