Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Citizen Mr. Don Capps (731) 587-3269 noted a spot on Hwy. 431 and Cypress Creek road in/near Martin in Weakley County, that someone apparently hauled off a load of dead hogs, spilling blood and guts. Complainant states that the truck apparently hauled off whatever it was last night during the night.
Another citizen Larry Holder also called in a complaint on July 30, 2018. The complaint was received by Rob Bennett Jackson ER and it indicated that there was pig blood and guts all over Capps Road in Weakley County and was making the community sick. The release was near midway between Cypress Creek Road and Charles Drive. Jackson ER was informed the release came from a hog farm operating down a gravel road off of Capps Road.
