Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
The complainant contacted the field office because she is the Facility Manager at Bailey Creek Apartments located at 19 North Bailey Woods Drive, Collierville, TN 38017. This has been going on since January. The apartment complex has been communicating with the people doing the construction on the Warehouse and they keep saying that they will fix it and they don't do anything. The sediment is pouring into their pond is messing the pond up. They had to replace the irrigation system because of the sediment build-up. The silt fencing is up and down all of the time and is not keeping the sediment from running onto their property, especially in heavy rain.
The complainant stated that 2 weeks ago they were pumping water into their property.
07/18/2024: MHBu contacted the MS4 for the Town of Collierville. The Town of Collierville is aware of the complaint and istaking the necessary steps to bring the site into compliance with the permittee. This complaint has been referred to the MS4.
