Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
TVA was recently made aware of a logging operation that was encroaching on TVA property. Upon visiting the site, it was discovered that 2 pieces of heavy equipment are stuck in a low-lying area along a stream bank. Both pieces of equipment are leaking fluids into the water and therefore impacting water quality (see attached photos and maps). Furthermore, the heavy equipment may have damaged a sewage line, potentially increasing impacts to water quality.
