10/9/2023 - Complainant is upset that Jamison Carter did not submit the Driller Report to the Division; however, according to the complainant, Leslie Ash was the licensee who drilled the well. Therefore, the responsibility of report submission lies with Leslie Ash.
10/10/2023 - Jamison Carter submitted an incomplete driller report to the Division to satisfy customer's concerns. It is noted that Carter is not obligated by Rule to submit this report.
RWR shared the report with the complainant and asked complainant for documentation that Ash drilled the well so that an NOV can be issued.
10/11/2023 - RWR - Correspondence with complainant indicated satisfaction with current recording of the previously undocumented water well. Case closed.
