04/12/2022- Complainant is concerned with odor. He wants to know what the original permit allowed on this site (Riley Farm). He also wants to know if there is a set amount Bristol can apply on the site.
04/22/2022-Sandra Vance and Tyler McClelland-DWR-Johnson City EFO met with Mr. Kaylor and made the following observations: (1) Field nearest barn had biosolids spread three weeks ago. Biosolids were spread beside a sinkhole. Vegetative growth was seen on the field. (2) Next field had biosolids spread on 4/21/2022 and depth is approximately one foot. Biosolids were spread beside a sinkhole. (3) Biosolids spread downgradient from field in (2) would drain toward Dry Creek under the road. Mr. Kaylor expressed his concerns with PFAS health affects on cattle consuming the vegetation and on people. He also wants the soil to be tested and to know what is in the biosolids.
