Description and Writeup
6-24-15: received email from Terry Lotz concerning construction activities at the Ballard site. He also emailed the Town of Collierville Public Works Director, Bill Kilp. Joellyn forward the email to Jason Walters with the Town of Collierville to determine their involvement regarding the situation.
6-24-15: Emily Harrell with the Town replied to Mr. Lotz and copied Joellyn and Bill on the email indicating the inspector has advised the contractor to install EPSCs. If EPSCs don't get installed, they will issue a stop work order.
