Jim Saunders (Project Solutions/Jacobs Creek CCC WWTP operator) left voicemail for BBC on 02-DEC-19 to report sanitary sewage overflowing the WWTP starting on 01-DEC-19 after 3+" of rainfall. During a followup conversation with Mr. Saunders, he reported that septic haulers removed multiple loads of wastewater were removed from the treatment plant on December 1-3, 2019. Influent flow, which had peaked at over 100,000 gpd on November 30, 2019, subsided to treatable levels on the 3rd.
