Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant states that: Aug 23,2024 I have had water interruptions X 3 just this week. In the 2.5 years of living as a Wartrace Water customer this happens on a regular bases. This past Feb. it resulted in a boil order due to questionable water safety. The City of Wartrace Mayor and alderman oversee this public water. However I live outside the city and have no input. All we get is excuses and uncertainty of water quality after each outage. Our rates are inflated too. Public water should be safe and reliable. I am not sure of either and frankly don't know where to turn . Your advice would be greatly appreciated
