Otter Creek subdivision drained their construction pond into Hunting Camp Creek with heavy red clay sediment in many area of the creek bottom. Would like to know is the sediment pond in violation; is sediment allowed to be in the creek from the constructions site.
(04/06/21):DWR personnel contacted the concerned citizen by telephone to answer questions and address concerns along with actions being undertaken by local and state oversight agencies.
(04-15-21): DWR personnel investigated the Otter Creek subdivision development and relayed the inspection findings to the concerned citizen(s) on 04/29/21.
