Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Per complainant, EPSC measures continue to be inadequate and runoff continues. Complainant requested change of d/c direction.
on 07/02 - forwarded pics to TWRA for fish complaint.
as of 07/09 - no significant rain events during work hours. went by site to check EPSCs. per on site rain gauge records 0.70" from 07/05-07/07
FINDINGS: northern OF d/c very small amt and is clear. slope along north OF is stable. SF is trenched and not at 50% capacity. During non heavy rainfall - EPSCs appear properly installed. Barns constructed and large areas of site stable. Of note: area below OF around multiple rows of SF and along conveyance to complainant pond void of vegetation (likely due to ponding during rain events from OF discharge and scour); vegetation is stained - placement of rock or permanent vegetation may help. Original sediment issues were documented with NOV and site owner has been correcting EPSCs as requested since.
