Landowner is letting concrete trucks dump loads of cement on his property that leave rocks and debris on the road. Complainant states he also has several car chassis and bldg. pieces/parts accumulating. Complainant said not only is it an eyesore, but complainant is also concerned of the run-off into the nearby stream and the Duck River that aren’t far away. Complainant asked if you would please investigate this and confirm if landowner has the proper permits for this kind of dumping and if there is any environmental damage to the area. Complainant is in the process of filing a formal complaint.
