11/5/2024 - Review of pending NOIs identified that driller has twenty-seven (27) pending NOIs dating back to January 3, 2012 that are more than 60 days old, and for which the Division has not received a driller report, a NOI fee payment, or other required information.
12/16/2024 - RAB - None of late NOI fees or driller reports submitted. Closing this complaint and will open a new one for a NOV/CRM for the ~27 late NOI fees and driller reports.
