Description and Writeup
I'm at 856 pinebrooke dr, maryville, tn. We have a pond directly behind our house, 3 acres or so. I would like to have a map and any information that shows whether there is water flowing thru, into or out of it or whether it is just a retention pond. Also, are there any state or local requirements for the developer to maintain or care for the pond while so much construction is going on and sediment washing into it. Are tgere any measurements of depth, etc? Thank you for your help. I believe it is owned by KLH? Or something like that.
