At 8622 Snow Hill Rd, Ooltewah, TN, there is a camper and a RV behind the house. The RV has people living in it for quite a while not sure about the camper. That's not supposed to be allowed. So, what is happening with the sewage and the water waste? It seems very unsanitary. What can be done about it?
