I called Metro to report some blatant General Stormwater Permit violations last week when it was raining at the corner of Hwy 100 and Temple Road. There is a huge gas station complex going in and there are trees down over the silt fencing. In addition there were huge piles of soil and sediment last week when it rained. There are plenty of locations where soil and sediment is going over the silt fences into the Harpeth.
