10/24/16 When I contacted Mr. Bunch with an update on his previous complaint, Mr. Bunch added that Wartburg was popping the lid of MH 1-7 at midnight Saturday 10/22//16. When system is full and sewage has nowhere to go, he said they let it overflow there where no one can see it. He said his neighbor Tony took his boys to creek and they saw it, too. NRH

11/14/16 Danny returned my calls/emails upon returning from vacation. He said MH 1-7 is the low point but they are not relieving pressure there. He said he was not down at the manhole at midnight 10/22/16. Telemetry wires disconnected somehow; he was not called automatically; he noticed overflow when he made rounds on Sunday. He confirmed his call to me was in the afternoon as I had recorded initially (10/23/16 1:42 PM). He is preparing SSO report with volume estimate. NRH
