Complainant alleges site was originally permitted for clearing and grubbing only, no SWPPP, inlets are blocked, sediment loss still occurring, and SWPPP drawings have not been submitted.

DWR personnel conducted an inspection of this site on 7/10/24. There was no evidence of active sediment loss or inlet blockage. SWPPP drawings had been submitted. However, a copy of the SWPPP was not made available on site, and additional silt fencing is needed around soil stockpiles. An inspection report requesting a compliance update by 8/9/24 has been sent to the owner, contractor, and engineer.
