Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
"I have seen on multiple occasions a company truck (AMERICAN CONSTRUCTORS), at the creek doing what appeared to be dumping. I approached them today to ask what they were dumping. The man got angry and told me they “ain’t dumping ****.” He informed me they are actually taking in water to fill the trailer behind the Chevy 2500hd. But he already knew some dumb*** would think that’s what he’s doing. He then peeled out of the gravel pull off in the truck and drove to the church at the corner to turn around. I got his tag number (33017). I then got on their website to see what they could possibly be doing. I saw an employee list and saw his picture. His name is TIMOTHY ROBERTSON. I put his name in the tax assessor website and came up with his home address as 39 Earl Steele RD Brush Creek 38547. I’d like to add the water seemed to have a film over it the day after I last saw them"
