10/28/2024 - RAB - Reviewed NOIs and determined that there were 67 pending NOIs and associated NOI fees & driller reports that were over 60 days past due.
11/26/2024 - RAB - Driller submitted electronic documents to show which NOIs needed to be canceled and which ones had driller reports submitted but still in the mail.
12/20/2024 - RAB - The majority of the pending NOIs for this PBA have been received and some are still for projects still in progress. Majority if not all of NOI fee payments have been made, so marking this as closed and will revisit once additional driller reports received.
