    Complaint Description and Writeup

Complainant stated in his email: My wife and I would like to get our water tested to find out why every water filtration system we have gotten has suffered a failure, and just started spewing water out in all directions. It has happened about 6 times in the ten years that we have been on Metro water. No one else we know has had problems with the PUR filtration systems (which is what we use) and I'm sure the company is getting tired of replacing them for us.
Something must be eating up the insides of the system. Whatever it is can't be good for us either.***
