    Tip or Complaint: Under ground sewage pipe is leaking in front of my home and running into Gap Creek carry raw sewage down stream for miles. Gap creek runs into the powell river. Sewage is pushing up and has broken through the gravel at the edge of my driveway. There is a clear smell of sewage as well as visible tissue and fecal matter. The responsible party’s have been notified multiple times by multiple people and refuses to recognize that there is a problem.
