Customer complains of no water for extended period of time.
System experienced a line break in a creek at approximately 3 am on 8/7/24. The line break took a long time to isolate due to it being in a creekbed. Once identified, the line repair took an extensive period of time due to the line being buried in concrete in a trenched out rock. Line repairs took approximately 24 hours to repair, plus additional time for flushing. Customer was called back on 8/8/24 to confirm that water was back on line.
