10/20/2023 - Properly licensed pump installer reported that a customer had reported to them that Tank Pruett had installed a pump in their well at the address listed on the complaint.
11/5/2023 - RWR tried to call the well owner twice and was hung up on twice. Division has no proof of a violation without cooperation from well owner. closing complaint.
