Owner of Serenity Pointe thrift shop called to report her business flooded with sewage during rain event on December 25, 2015. City of Dunlap has instructed business owners to remove cleanout caps from sewer lines so sewage will not enter building during heavy rains. sewage has been standing in parking lot since Christmas day. A. Young called Clayton Smith and requested that the overflow bee cleaned up by City staff. Complainant stated that this has happened at least three times.
