Complaint Description and Writeup
Mr. Burgess “Bud” Guinn, is experiencing a lot of stormwater runoff and erosion from construction occurring at the property adjacent to the west of his property - Tennessean Truck Stop in Cornersville.
Rainey Kelly and Alex Fleming conducted a site inspection on June 25, 2024. There was no evidence of sediment loss outside of the indicated limits of disturbance. However, there were a few other issues found that were addressed in the inspection report that was sent to the official contact by email.
