Description and Writeup
7-31-2014: EKB received NRC report regarding 200 gallons of sodium hydrosulfide solution spilled at the AAA Cooper facility. According to the NRC report, the caller reported a tote that was being transferred to a trailer was punctured and caused a spill of the materials to spill onto the ground and inside the trailer. Absorbents were applied, material was contained and clean up was underway.
7-31-2014: EKB refereed the spill to the DSW.
