9/15/2023 -RAB- Complainant states that Lowe's is contracting with unlicensed contractors to perform water well pump and water well treatment installation and repair.
9/18/2023 -RAB- RAB mailed a PBR to Ms. Michelle Diggs, State Licensing Manager, at Lowe’s Home Improvement. Sent certified mail #7020 3160 0001 2284 6802.
10/11/2023 - RAB spoke with Ms. Michelle Diggs and she said that Lowe's is putting together a process where Lowe's will only hire properly licensed individuals for water well treatment system installation in Tennessee: contractors that have the "T" license from DWR. They will review the list of licensed water well treatment installers to make sure their contractors have the correct license.
