2nd NOV - NOTICE OF VIOLATION (SECOND NOTICE) Case 127825 - 1st NOV, Morgan Well Drilling did not comply with the corrective action request (return to sites and attach Driller Tags).
Inspection 066799 – D0125135 - 12/22/2022 no driller tag – Greg Morgan, 1025 Athens Rd, Calhoun
Inspection 066985 – D0125142 - 12/21/2022 no driller tag – Gary Grim, 655 Narrow Way, Calhoun
10/31/2023 - RAB - RAB wrote PBA letter to Morgan concerning the 2 NOV letters and 3 wells without tags. Emailed letter to Morgan and mailed on 11/1/2023. Stated that it is DWR understanding that the tags were lost before they could be placed on the wells.
11/17/2023 - RAB - PBA letter received 11/6/2023.
