Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
On August 6th, 2024, a Mr. Craig Cable of 110 School Loop in Atwood Tennessee called the state and complained that his water had a strong chlorine taste and odor. DWR took this complaint and referred it to Jim Cooper, the certified operator in Atwood. Mr. Cooper visited the complainant's home and sampled for water quality parameters. Upon testing, the water was within State standards. Mr. Cooper explained these test results to the complainant and assured him that Atwood water is monitored daily. At this time, due to the visit performed by Mr. Cooper, it is determined that this complaint is now closed.
