WNL - Received email from Sondra Melton on December 21, 2023 while off for Holiday/Vacation. Received email on January 2, 2024. Complainant states that Ryan Felts, unlicensed, performed pump maintenance on the residential well.
WNL - contacted JM well drilling, Sondra Melton and son Kaleb, on 1/2/2024. Could not provide WNL with a company name or address but did provide address and phone number of the well owner.
1/2/2023 - WNL - attempted to contact the well owner by phone, no answer, unable to leave message.
