4/22/2024 - RAB Conducted review of NOIs and found that 24 NOIs had missing driller reports (mostly Geothermal) and or NOI fees that were over 60 days past due.
6/14/2024 - RAB - Driller submitted 14 of the past due driller reports. Some NOIs were identified as duplicates and voided.
6/28/2014 - RAB - Driller submitted revised coordinates for the previously submitted reports plus the required diagrams and information for sites with multiple boreholes.
7/11/2024 - RAB - Driller submitted 9 of the past due driller reports and required diagrams and information for sites with multiple boreholes. One report for a pending is still outstanding. Remaining NOIs are associated with active drilling projects.
6/4/2024 - RAB - Driller responded to email saying that he had almost completed the gathering up of his payment verification paperwork but had not been able to send it prior to leaving for vacation. He said he would send it next week once he returned to the office next week.
7/10/2024 - RAB - RAB Reviewed NOIs, 9 pending NOIs remaining due to no driller report received. 1 NOI may be a duplicate. RAB emailed driller to get driller reports submitted or find out which NOIs needed to voided. Asked if driller could have them submitted by July 17.
8/15/2024 - RAB contacted driller about coordinates for one of the submitted driller reports and the remaining outstanding driller report for NOI ID 41845. All of the other NOIs have had their driller reports submitted, voided as duplicates, or are associated with active drilling projects.
8/16/2024 - Driller replied to RAB email, confirming and clarifying coordinates submitted on a driller report.
