Guy says he’s company is ( smoky mountain well )
Won’t give last name says his name is Billy and partner Roman claim to do well repair and drilling soon when asked couldn’t give a lic number - several of us and the other contractors up here been trying to figure out who it was - curious if this is a lic contractor.
10/7/2024 - RAB - NOV letter emailed and sent via certified mail to Smoky Mountain Water Well.
10/8/2024 - RAB received email from Roman Baiburov stating, "Yes we have received the email and we have not done any we are applying for a license before we do anything. We are just trying to get our name out there. We will not be doing any work before we have our license."
