I hope things are going well. I am not sure if this is your department or whom I may need to speak with, but I received a complaint on a property at 20175 Meadow Road W. This property is near the Loudon/Blount County line and is used as a Sod Farm. The complaint states that the property owner has dammed up Cloyd’s Creek to water their sod and stopped the flow to the down stream properties. I am hoping you can point me to the right person to investigate this matter. Thank you for your time.
