10/16/2023 - RAB - Driller was sent a Please Be Advised (PBA) letter for 70 late driller reports, due on June 19, 2023. Given an extension to July 10, 2023. As of October 16, 2023, 34 driller reports from the original PBA have not been submitted.
11/17/2023 - RAB - CRM Meeting held 11/6/2023. Driller has list of NOIs that are still pending with late driller reports, and as per the Letter of Agreement (LOA), will submit the remaining late driller reports by 12/4/2023.
11/28/2023 - RAB - All late/missing driller reports submitted prior to 12/4/2023 deadline. Some older wells had tags that were lost or fallen off well before driller report was submitted, so a newer driller tag was used on the well and driller report.
