2/7/2024 - Complainant contacted Will Little (JEFO Well Inspector) by phone on 2/7/2024 concerning a well being drilled in a close proximity to the complainant's property line. Driller, Tyson Barnes with Water Well Solutions, #982. WNL performed a site visit, active drill inspection, 2/7/2024. The well was located a distance greater than 25 feet from the fence/property line. The drill/driller was in compliance with the Water Well Rules and Regulations. WNL spoke to the complainant after the inspection by phone to inform the complainant that the well was located at a distance that conformed to the water well rules and regulations.
