Complaint Description and Writeup
Jacqui Sikora (USFS Jacobs Creek CCC WWTP) called BBC on 1/25/2019 to report a sanitary sewer overflow that day. Ms. Sikora stated that the WWTP had been overflowing nearly constantly since 1/20/2019, with only brief abatement as truckloads of wastewater were hauled for disposal. I&I from 1.25" of rain and other sources and diminished treatment capacity were the causes of the overflow. A written report will be submitted.
