Complaint Description and Writeup

1-13-20: DPR received a follow up complaint stating that the SD still has not installed appropriate BMPS and that sediment and debris are still leaving the site. (See prior complaint records 76250 and 65109).
1-14-20: TDW investigated complaint. Silt fence was still failing with no other EPSCs installed. TDW discovered that NOV was not picked up. TDW will send original NOV and inspection report for new complaint.
1-15-20: David Braden with Poplar Grove Utility called JEBr informing us that at a meeting the night before, several residents spoke up about concerns about this development. JEBr explained that we had conducted several inspections and were trying to mail a letter to the developer, but the letter was not delivered, so we were going to send to 2 other addresses that we had on file. David appreciated the info and indicated he's inform the residents who had spoken up.
1/16/20: TDW mailed out original NOV and 1/14/20 IR
1/16/20: TDW left message for complainant.
1/16/20: TDW advised complainant.
