Description and Writeup
Complainant at 505 N. Church st states that sewage has been backing up on her yard. The city has cleaned out the pipes from the clean out in her yard to the street with a jetter. The city found the issue to be on the customer side. Complainant is renting.
Complainant also stated they left the hole in her yard that was dug during the clean out and it was filled with sewage.
Operator responded immediately and went to fill the hole.
