Adding to my verified complaint under TCA § 69-3-118. It is urgent that you inspect the area of 417 Jones Lane, Since Monday, the graders have destroyed all of the water habitats and pond on the property - it's gone, filled and regraded as a small dirt ditch.

Across the street on the west side of the property is another parcel owned by the same Estate. It has even more Especially Protected Salamanders. They have started clearing this land and there are bulldozer tracts in the wetland area.

If you do not come out on July 5 or 8, there will be nothing left to save. These people know the fines are cheaper than compliance - the time to enforce the law is short.

*** BMY Update: Investigated site, confirmed presence of unauthorized alterations. Drafting necessary documents to begin enforcement process.
