Complainant mentioned that they live on at the end of the line and their hydrant is not flushed often. Complainant stated that several indoor only animals have passed due to stomach issues and that her and the other residents of the house do not drink the water due to poor taste and odor. Complainant also stated that the water appears cloudy and foggy.
