Complaint Description and Writeup
The operational improvements they made to their water treatment facility seem to have been reversed as the odor from the facility has been very bad for days now.
The division has no regulatory authority for odor. A compliance evaluation inspection was performed at the facility by TDEC DWR personnel beginning on September 9, 2024. The inspection results are currently pending. Once the inspection is completed the inspection report will be available in the Documents section. DWR will notify air pollution control of the odor complaint.
