TDOT representative reports that site does not have any EPSC measures in place. Sediment is discharging off site and into Waters, which run through the downstream TDOT road project.
Permitted Twin K site needs to install EPSC measures. Reached out to permittee with corrective action requests.
At two other Twin K associated with TDOT permit TNR192107, evidence of sediment pollution in Waters, caused by TDOT contractor Twin K. Drafting NOV for TDOT, but will proceed with advisement from KEFO DWR program manager and DWR director.
