Complainant states that following this weekend's storm he observed "massive violations and sediment impacts" associated with the Megasite located at the northeast corner of Campground Rd and Hwy 222. Coordinates 35.44261, -89.4055.
1/3/24: JEBr reviewed the area near Keeling Road, Hwy 222 and Campground Road. Discharge from BOC sediment basin #2 was clear. Area is also under construction due to Hwy 222 road widening project. Tried calling complainant-phone was disconnected. Emailed complainant to determine if area review is area of concern observed by complainant.
