Mr. Danny Sims, Town of Mountain City reported a 9-27-17 fifteen gallon wastewater spill at the WWTP's bar screen pit. The spill was cleaned up and a report will be sent to the Johnson City EFO. The report received on 10-10-17 stated, "This occurred on September 27th at approximately 12:15 p.m. Dowell Septic was unloading and his hose came out of the bar screen pit onto the driveway. Best estimate was 15-20 gallons. The area was cleaned and limed."
