There is a neighborhood being developed behind our neighborhood. The land clearing has been going on for a couple months. There is a creek that runs behind our house. The creek splits behind our property. I witnessed the workers fill in one of the splits and remove trees that would have been within 25' of the creeks. I don't think they are permitted to stop water flowing.
